Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain records, files, and databases
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support management and team members with various tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and a team player
